TikTok Live Claiming Policy
To claim during our TikTok Live, a $7.00 non-refundable basket fee is required to open a basket. This fee will be applied toward your shipping and order total once your invoice is created.
All claimed items will be invoiced after the live, and payment must be completed within 24 hours. If payment is not received within that time, the $7.00 fee is forfeited, and any unpaid DTF prints or items will be returned to stock.
